The Garmin OnBoard System is a wireless man-overboard solution built around the GOS 10 Hub and wearable MOB tags, replacing traditional tethered cords so you can move freely on deck while staying monitored. Each tag can be designated as captain or passenger through your compatible Garmin chartplotter, and a captain tag that triggers an MOB event will cut power to the engines, mark a waypoint at the point of lost connection, and sound an audible alarm on the hub and connected multifunction displays.


The system supports up to 8 tags at once, and each tag runs on a CR2032 coin cell battery that lasts beyond a season of typical use. The GOS 10 Hub includes a loud external alarm, and the kit ships with a white wireless MOB tag, a 20 mm quick release band, a carabiner attachment, a floating foam keychain, a 12-pin fused power and engine cut-off harness with external buzzer, an external antenna, and NMEA 2000 tee and drop cable. It works with any boat that has an engine cutoff switch and pairs with a wide range of Garmin chartplotters including ECHOMAP UHD2, ECHOMAP Ultra 2, and GPSMAP series.
